autocomplete drop down list with datatext and datavalue field

Is  there are any drop down list with auto complete option . it should be capable of storing a DataText value for the front end and DataValue in the backend

say for eg: RED in the drop down and 'R" in the backend

when i type R in the drop down , all options that begins with R should come up, is there any thing in the ajax controltoolkit.
