Disable link button after clicked and again Enable once event completed

I'm trying to prevent duplicate link button clicks.. .when a user clicks my button now, it takes a few seconds to process. If they click it twice, an error occurs. I have disabled the link button from client side when user first time clicked the button, But I can't enable this once again after the server load complete, because it is continuous process like (Previous, Next).... So I have to re enable this once the page rendered... Anyone please help me to resolve this problem.... Thanks, Singaravelu.R ...
