Forms Authentication - How do I give users preset choices of security question in a dropdown during registration?

I'm using the create user wizard and want to give the users choices of a security question in the drop down pulled from a database. How can I integrate this with forms based authentication so that when they set their security question, there's a dropdown rather than a textbox.

Then, how would i integrate that with the password recovery control that asks for their security question?
