I am using forms authentication, when the login form comes up, it doesnt have any styles or divs from mymaster page. I need these obviously.

I am assuming that access is denied to CSS and Master folder when user is not logged in. Is this the case? If so, how do i allow access? I added web.config to master folder and set to allow users="*" but it didnt help.
