Hi there, i got a situacion and i need some direction here, so basically im able to send email messages from my web application in asp.net using vb.net, but theres something about the relay server im using that i dont quite get.
The application is being executed in an intranet enviroment, so in the emails that my website sends, the recipient of it, when they read the email, the relay server adds some custom text to the bottom of every message send through it.
So i think its because im not authenticating to the relay server, in other words, im not indicating the username /password combination to connect to the relay server and the problem is the relay server adds some text lines that say something like "this message is intented for the recipient address only, in case you're not, please delete this message" and some more, so its very annoying to have this in each message.
Can someone tell me whats going on? how can i prevent this annoying 5 lines text ...
