HTTP Error 404 - Not Found.

hi guys.
last night i was woking on my project and i reach some point. i saved the website and close the microsoft visual studio. after few minutes,  i started again, but this time when i wanted to browes my page i saw


HTTP Error 404 - Not Found. this error. may i know why?? or how?? what can i do to bring back my stuff??
