I have used the vb.net raw printer helper class from Microsoft to build a
desktop app that prints UPS Labels on a 2844 Thermal.

Now, I desperately need to convert this app into something that can print
via the web.  For example, a raw label file is on the server and prints on
the browser's local thermal printer.

I know a web page cannot access the browserââ?¬â?¢s local ports.  However, maybe with a Active X control this is
possible?

UPS has built their own Active X plug-in so I know there is some way.

My question is... Can I do it with .NET?

If anyone has experience with this sort of thing can you please provide me
with some tips? I would appreciate any guidance in this matter.
