I have integrated aspnetDB with my existing database. I modified username from textBox to dropDownList and pull data from an existing table. Every thing is working.
Then I added assign role step. The create user step is still working (I checked the users table). But after I choose a role and click Finish button, I got the error message that says createUserWizard1.userName is empty in the following line:
Roles.AddUserToRole(CreateUserWizard1.UserName, availableRoles.SelectedValue)
I used the debugging to watch the two input values. The availableRoles.selectedValue has correct value but the username is empty(createUserWizard1 is the ID of my CreateUserWizard).
Can anybody tell me why the username is empty?
