SOAP Security Extensions: Digital Signature

Hi,
I m trying to code a classic hello world web service in c#, using WSE 3.0 SP2. But did not succeed yet. Not able to generate soap request according to W3C standard (http://www.w3.org/TR/SOAP-dsig/) . please let me know what I m missing. Any help in this regard is most welcome. Please  let me know.
