Hi,
I have 3 multiviews, 1 view for showing a gridview, 2 views are for editing and creating a new record.
However, I don't want to use a FormView as I want to programmatically use the objectdatasource and send the values of controls manually. The problem is, I have the same fields e.g. txtNotes etc... with the same ID and this causes a conflict.
Is there anyway I can wrap the controls in some sort of naming container so I can access them through a namespace.
e.g. EditContainer.txtNotes, ItemContainer.txtNotes
The only other way is to use a FormView with templates, but it seems overkill when I'm using the binding features of the formview.
