Customizing Profile Data during New Create User.

I am using ASP.NET membership to create and authenticate new users. I also want to store additional information, first name, last name, etc...

I prefer not to use the built in profile functionality becase of the denormalized nature of the stored data. I want to create my own table and store the data.

The problem I am having is trying to figure out a way to retreive the uniqueidentifier that is generated by the <asp:createuserwizard> and save that in my own table when I am saving the additional data.

The standard create new user info(username, password, etc) and the additioal info are on the same page.
