Access kernel mode

I don't know if this is possible...

 

Can I access microkernel to view, i.e. applications running in an operating system ?

 

Can I access Kernel Mode and look around?

 

Can I get and view the application as an object?

 

I have information on Windows 2000 kerel Mode components and the architecture.
