Hi,

Some time ago, I created a website that is used to search for land. I looked at the various ways of storing the images associated with each plot of land. As I didn't want to have hundreds of files scattered on the file system I opted to store the images inside SQL Server. I may possibly be regretting that now. I think it's the loading of the images from the database that is causing the problem. I'd be most grateful if someone could have a quick look to confirm or deny this.

To check, go to the URL: http://www.scottishplots.com/SearchScottishPlots.aspx

And just hit search, you'll no doubt see the performance problem I am talking about. Indexing is fine, and the data runs OK except the images.

If anyone can suggest a way to improve I'd be very grateful! ...
