Error in Constructor of derived class

Hi, I have a Base class clsBoEmployee and I am deriving a class clsReliever from clsBoEmployee

I get an error : No overload for method 'clsBoEmployee' takes '0'

at the constructor of  clsBoSupervisor public clsBoSupervisor(DataAccess objDA)
{
this.m_DataAccess = objDA;
m_DataAccess.GetConnection();
} the contructor of  clsBoEmployee is
 public clsBoSupervisor(DataAccess objDA)
        {
            this.m_DataAccess = objDA;
            m_DataAccess.GetConnection();
        }

 

Any Ideas??
