Problem in consuming a webservice

Hell all,

I have a developed webservice which will connect to the DB and performs some search and returns an object.

When I tested the webservice it's working fine.

When I call the webservice in different application I am getting The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized...

Any ideas?
