Error tying to insert Dynamic data

Hi everyone,

I am trying to insert data from programatically created Dropdownlists in a placeholder control.

At line five(5) the code gives me an error saying " The expression doesnot produce a value" and it does not call the procedure. 

If i enforce it to call the procedure during test, it says that PhPlaceholder.controls = 0. and therefore doesnot insert any data to the database.(This is at the Placeholder for loop line)

Please help someone.
