I am developing a chat application.
In private chat mode User A click on [Online User Link] to open private chat window.
I want to alert user that some one wants to chat with you and i need to open private window for User B.
My Question is how i can open new window to User B? How i can get him,i know boths users are onlien but how to open a pop up window for User B?
