i need to achieve single sign on between sharepoint and asp.net webapplication. Both sharepoint and asp.net web app exist on the same server. The asp.net webapp link will be posted in sharepoint site and when the user clicks on the link the application should use the sharepoint site user login credentials and should not ask for login. Now, sharepoint is using Windows Authentication and ASP.net webapp uses Forms authentication. how would i go about achieving this Single Sign on?
