Autocompleteextender with Textbox with database not working - It always returns the same values

Hi all:
I have implemented this autocomplete service which is working except that it does not return the correct matches. It always returns the first 12 (  CompletionSetCount="12") from the table no matter what I enter in the text box.

For some odd reason the match does not work..  
Here is my sql - it is a stored procedure that I am calling via a simple business logic which i am calling via (Dim mydb As New AcademicClasses.AcademicOperations)
The stored procedure simply returns all the fields in which I only loop through ISBNFromCPD in my code.
