How Do I: inheritance in Asp 4?

please, i need to know if i can do this in asp 4 / c# code ?
if true please tell me how?
1. Create aspx page and add controls to it(base page).
2. Add code for this controls.
3. Create new aspx page (child page) and Inherit base page.
4. I need to make changes in Inherited aspx file for child page but i need to keep code file are the same .
5. Any new control will be added (in future) in base page will Inherit to child page automatically.
