What is syntax for accessing FORM variables in ASP.NET

I have a page of several controls. The page starts with a masterpage and my controls are in the ContentPlaceHolder1. I have a PostBackURL attribute on a button which posts to a totally different page where I need to access the FORM variables of the previous page. Here is a snippet from the Trace output upon entry to the posted page (see below). In classic ASP, I could code Request.Form("ddListStates") and I would retrieve the value portion of the drop down list control (in this case below, the value is 51). What syntax is needed to get at the same form value from the Forms Collection? Thanks.
