read client sertificate at runtime

hi,

i am using  vs2005.my requirement is i  have to process the certificate at runtime from client.so when i run my applcation it has to read the certificate which is my c:/certificate folder. so based on the reading sertificate the server has to validate. is this possible to do? if menas please show me some sample code  to submit  certificate from client to server at runtime please
