Creating LinkButton from codebehind

Hello,

I try to create a control "LinkButton" from codebehind on C#, it appear on the panel but LinkButton.Command doesn't work: it does not go there (to PageBtn_Click);

If I build this control in aspx with parameter "onCommand" it works well.

Help please.
