file uploading problem

 
 hello,
i want to upload a file to a server without using a
fileupoad control since v can not apply styles to it .i have reached
till browse code. i created  fake browse button and  a textbox which
takes the path of a file uploaded . but now the problem starts . i m
not able to save the filepath or a file to a folder on a local
server.and i cant use the saveas property of the fileupload control.
