How to Pass argument from window Task Scheduler to Console App in asp.net c#?

Hi,
I have a window task scheduler which will invoke a console application writen in asp.net.
Any idea how to pass a parameter/argument from task scheduler to the console app?
and how to retrieve this value in console app?
