My main site is an asp.net site.
I have another site under the main site that is a 3rd party asp site, but the latest upgrade is on asp.net. When I upgraded I got a conflict with the web.config files. This site is setup under a virtual directory within the main site.
I have a second site under the main site setup as a directory. This site works just fine.
I have a third site under the main site setup as a directory that also has web.config file conflicts.
What changes do I need to make on the main site or sub sites to make sure it all works smoothly?
