How to raise onserverclick event

I am using VS2005 with C#.  I am building a html button dynamically.  I want to raise a server-side event on the onserverclick event of the html button but the event is not raised.  When i try it with a html that is not created dynamically the event was raised.  Is there any way to raised this event wit ha dynamically html button?
