problem during uploading a file

I am using FileUpload control to upload file to server. It works fine, when file is
In my web.config file I updated "httpRuntime" and set "maxRequestLength" to 10240 (which is 10mb) and "executionTimeout" to 600 (10 min) but I am receiving error "operatin has timed out".
any ideas why ?
