IIS and IE automatic configuration script

Hi
I have deploy an ASP.NET site in a secure network.
In this secure network, oo access to internet, users must be autenticated and IE use an automatic configuration script.
My ASP.NET site need to access on the internet.
How can I configure IIS to use the automatic configuration script
