The current identity does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Temporary ASP.NET Files

I appreciate that this issue has been addressed by a number of other posts. However, they are all gobbldegook to a beginner like me.

Is there someone who can explain what to do , in plain English please?

The other posts discuss right clicking on a folder and then clicking the ' security' tab. I have right clicked on every folder on my computer and the only tabs are

General

Sharing

Web Sharing, and

Customize.

Would someone please be kind enough to set me straight and give explicit instructions ?
