Asp.net deployment?

Hi Folks,
I�m fairly new to .net and I�ve been programming and test on my local machine, however soon will be the time to test my application on a live host server.

I do not know how to deploy an app from a local machine to a host server� I have several questions regarding that?

#1 ââ?¬â?? Databases:
Right now my connection strings references to an ââ?¬Å?.mdfââ?¬Â file on my hard driveââ?¬Â¦
When I deploy to a host�how do I reference my app to the database?

#2 ââ?¬â?? AJAX, and other extensions:
When using extensions, Iââ?¬â?¢ve been told that the proper files need to be in the websiteââ?¬â?¢s ââ?¬Å?binââ?¬Â directoryââ?¬Â¦ I donââ?¬â?¢t even know which directory this is? When I create a web siteââ?¬Â¦
I get ââ?¬Å?App Dataââ?¬Â etcââ?¬Â¦ no Bin directory? Where is this mysterious bin directoryââ?¬Â¦and how do I use it, to publish my site live?
