How to read Microsoft Word at VB.net Page

Hi , how do I read Microsoft Word Document with the text Formatting and show on
e.g label1

then add this
Panel1.Controls.add(label1)
 I tried use a stream reader , its work fine for a .txt file but not a .doc file
I tried use the Microsoft Document library but it cant shown in a label or a panel
,insteads it try launch a word.exe then open the file instead of showing the contents at the VB page.
