I am very new to this .. and am having endless problems.
I am using Vissual Web Developer 2008, with Mysql (douwnloaded teh connector).
I have opended a new web site and went into design mode and dragged onto the canvas 2 text field boxes (user name) (user password)
I then dragged across a button1 .. Therefore the purpose is, when a user enters a user name and password, he/she clicks button1, and this button will acess the MYSQL database and return "Welcome" if exists or "Trey again " if not exists.
In the design mode, i double click on the button and it takes me to a file called default.aspx.cs .. annd to the button1 function.
I then create another file called TEST.cs where i create a namepspace and a class that connects to the database.
I call namespace.class.method("root","password","db") in the button1click function which exists in default.aspx.cs& ...
