I've created a basic website that displays a list of products from a database, and a customer can then view the detailed information.

There's only a need for one administrator's password (Who can add or delete products).  I currently have this done very simply in a code-behind C# file that has an administrator password hardcoded in.

This doesn't seem very secure to me, but I'd rather not create a complex user/login system for one user.  Any suggestions?
