export DATA from DB using code behide...

Hi all,

 I have a site (ASP / VB) and some records in the database.

Now im making the SEARCH-FORM.aspx which is something like that:

name               surname       phone



        pet                      car

---------------------------------------------------

 

(sorry about Greeks....) 

 

So, i have dropdown menu and click boxes.... 

I want help or an idea how to output the data from DB,  according the values from dropdown & click boxes.

Also i want the output data to place ...
