How to: Create user for different application

Halo All,


I have implemented asp.net security on my application (let's call it application A).
There is a requirement to add another application, but still use the same membership.
But it has to be in a different application name (let's call it application B).
The user from application A can create a user for application B, but not the other way around.


My question is, how do i create the user for application B from code in the application A?
