problem in disabling textboxes based on checkboxes status

hi, I have 5 textboxes  and 5 checkboxes(used for selecting user's desired option).  When the user check a CheckBox,the corresponding textbox should  enable,otherwise not (eg:when CheckBox 2 is checked,Textbox2 should enable) .
