There was no channel that could accept the message with action 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/transfer/Get'.

 I'm hoping that i'm posting in the right forum..
Does anyone know how to recitify the following error from WCF:
There was no channel that could accept the message with action 'http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2004/09/transfer/Get'.
 I read an article that it has something to do with downloading MEX metadata so I disabled the mex and httpGetEnabled to false but no luck. Can anyone please help?
