XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

Hi All,
I have my WCF service hosted in IIS, but when i try to browse the .svc file i get the following errors,
XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: http://localhost/HFC_Service/Administration/HFCService_Administration.svc
Line Number 1, Column 2:<%@ServiceHost language=c# Debug="true" Service="HFC.ServiceImplementation.Administration" %>

I tried many of the solutions provided in the net, but none of them worked for me...
Some of the solutions i tried are,
