The code below accesses a file whose filename and path (~/mypath/myfile) are stored in a resource file. I can Download the given file on locahost and our dev IIS server.
The problem is that out test (and prod) servers are secured (https) - yes I know the enviroments should be the same.
I cannot access/open to the file on the secured server. I get the following error in a popup: "Unable to open this site. The requested site is eitherf unavaiable or cannot be found"
Does anyone have a solution to this probem?
