Text Box with formatting capabilities

I was wondering if there are any free Rich Text Box controls available for ASP.net..... similar to the one used  on this site when writing a post.

I have heard of FCKEditor and RichTextBox  and a few others but they all seem to be very expensive. I dont need all the bells and whistles just something basic that will allow the user to change font style and font size, and bullet points and works with different browsers

thanks
