 Hello all,

I am quite new to asp.net development. Just have a problem that I am really stuck on. I am currently developing an Facebook application that will use AJAX functionalities.

What I am trying to do is to submit form data, process the data (ie store into a database) and then return a success/failure result, without refreshing the page. This sounds like a solution for Atlas or the AJAX toolkit.
However, developing Facebook application means that a lot of the Javascript that is generated by Atlas is unable to be used (something to do with controlling and securing all javascript). Hence, Atlas and Updatepanels are a no go solution for me.
Hence my question, is there anyway of developing a partial postback without Atlas?
