Pagination in collection

Hello,
I have a class that inherits the System.Collections.Generic.List<T> class. I was wondering if there is an interface in .NET I can use to paginate this list.
I created a method: GetPaginatedResults(int page, int  totalPerPage) within the sub class I am not sure if this is the right way of if .NET already has an interface I can use.
