FileUpload Control Problem

I have a web app written in ASP.NET 2.0 and C#. It uses a FileUpload control to have a user upload a file to a data storage folder on the server:

}

It works fine on my computer running on my file system. My site is hosted by GoDaddy.com and running the application on there results in:
