With Email Attachments Please help

Hi Please help me to add attachments in my Email. Please see the below code When i click the button btnAdd it will INSERT TO DATABASE then after that it will Call the Upload() function to get the upload files. How can i add Attachements in my email? how to get the files that i upload then incorporate it to the EMAIl?? Thank you.. Imports System.Net.Mail  ---- i import this
