CreateUserWizard_CreatedUser event and Inserted events

I am new at using these events and I can?t get my exception handler to work and I want to make sure I understand the sequence of events with multiple inserts in the on event.
 
In my CreateUserWizard_CreatedUser event, I have inserts into two tables (lets call them table_1 and tablw_2).  I then have an SqlDataSource1_Inserted event (for table_1) and an SqlDataSource2_Inserted event (for table_2).  In each of these Inserted events I try to handle the exceptions with an e.exceptions.
