I'm sorry if this post wrong room.
I'm writing a fomular for acounting and getting address from center point and mile. I have a very big database (300 milliion records) with long/lat. When user provides center point and radius in mile, my application will process and return number of address in that condition. What is the best solution for this? Any body knows a fomular.
