how to integrate two website within single solution???

 Hi all,
I ve two websites in a single solution file. each website has its own web.confiq and layers. now i want to redirect form 
 Website1.aspx to Website2.aspx 
ryt now m doing this on buton click of Website1.aspx form
  Respose.Redirect("~/Website2/Website2.aspx") but its is not redirecting
any idea how to do this???
