My root folder in the site requires windows authentication, however there is a subfolder which public (anonymous) users can access. The problem is that I am using ScriptManager from the AjaxControlToolkit and whenever the user tries to access the web page on the public folder, the site prompts the user for a set of credentials in order to access the WebResource.axd file. Is there a solution for this?
