I'm using PdfEncryptor.Encrypt and GetBytes() but it doesn't recognize GetBytes() at compile time.
Do I need to download .NET Compact Framework? I'm using .NET 2.0 with Windows XP. My application is Web based.
Is there any thing else I need to install before installing the .NET Compact Framework?
Is there a difference between .NET Compact Framework and .NET Compact Framework Redistributable?
If so, which one should I use? I found the link for downloading .NET Compact Framework Redistributable from:

Is that the correct place to download it?
Will it mess any thing up if I install it?
